Coming somewhere new can feel daunting, so here's what you can expect when you visit us on a Sunday.

Before the service (3:45pm-4pm)

Arrive a few minutes early if you can - we start promptly at 4pm. There's parking in the Memorial Hall car park, on the street opposite, and around the local area. There’s a ramp for buggies and wheelchairs towards the back of the hall.

When you arrive, someone will welcome you at the door and show you where to sit. Feel free to sit wherever you're comfortable.

During the service (4pm-5:15pm)

Our services will normally include singing together (we'll have the words on screen), one or two bible readings followed by some teaching and prayer led from the front. A couple of times a month we share Communion together, a symbolic meal of bread and wine that reminds us of Jesus' death for us. Anyone who knows and loves the Lord Jesus and has been baptised is invited to join in.

Children start in the service with everyone else, then there are normally groups for children aged 2-10 during the sermon. Someone will let you know when to take them out or they can stay with you if you prefer. At the back there is a corner with a sofa and some quite toys for the really little ones.

Don't worry about "getting it wrong" - feel free to join in with prayers and singing, or simply sit and observe. We're genuinely glad you're here.

After the service (5:15pm onwards)

Stick around for tea, coffee, and biscuits. It's a great chance to meet people, ask questions, or just have a chat. No pressure - stay as long or as little as you like.
